The core aim of my coaching is to help you to go about your life with self-confidence, to identify your goals and to learn how to achieve them with the tools that make you unique.
I incorporate coaching techniques with my training in Philosophy and Psychology into my sessions. I also always draw on my intuition, my passion for the mind, the power of language and my admiration for the human ability to surpass ourselves.
I am currently living in Belgium and I hold my sessions via Skype.
Coaching sessions usually last for 60 minutes. The number of sessions and their frequency depends on each case. The average course is usually 6 to 10 sessions.
The first session allows us to connect with each other, clarify the process and the area in which coaching would be useful and confirm that a relationship of trust and commitment is established.
